Night site volunteering at her church is how Lauri Dick became familiar with Room at the Inn. In 2020, she started answering phones as a volunteer at the 24/7 building. For the past several years, she has been working as a part-time staff member. Her current focus is on database management support.

Lauri and her husband, Ed, live on an acreage that keeps them busy. They have one adult son who resides in southern AR. Lauri's professional career years were with the consumer products company Procter & Gamble. She is an adventurous cook, enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors, and travels regularly to stay connected with family and friends or to explore new places.
